It's not quite as strict at Atkins, but it worked for me in the past.

I'm in my mid-30s with two very little kids. My husband is doing the diet with me. I believe this is week 3 for us. We are not weighing in, as per the Metabolism Miracle book, however, I am losing.

The first few days were really rough, but I have to say that since I stopped buying a lot of the treats I like, it's been better. There are still some things that the kids eat (crackers and stuff that are tempting and I do give in once in a while), but I've been pretty good. And, I feel like my appetite is changing and I'm not feeling hungry.

Anyone else doing this diet? I know it says (and other plans ....).
