SHERI - - emoticon to our great Challenge. We're so glad you decided to join us again. We're so glad you're feeling better now and pray that you will continue to get better. You have some real good goals set for yourself.

Be sure to learn all you can about diabetes - what causes it, how to treat it, the symptoms of both hypo and hyperglycemia, and the complications that accompany uncontrolled diabetes. You will find this information in the Articles & Videos section at the top of your Start Page.

Take this journey one step and one day at a time. Move on to the next Weekly Discussion only as you feel ready to do so. I've gone through this Challenge twice already and I'm amazed at how much more I learn each time.

I'm sure things have changed on this site since you were here last so if you have any questions as you go through your journey, please let us know. There's a lot of caring people here who will be more than happy to help, support, and encourage you along your journey.

Thank you everyone for your kind welcome back. Tied up with medical tests today, but tomorrow I will be trying to get more exercise in. Ordered Spark Tracker tonight. I think it will help motivate more. Weighed at doctor's today. Didn't lose, but didn't gain. :)

Welcome back Sparkling _Sherri. It is always good to start over. If you haven't yet read article "How to use SparkPeople When you have Type two Diabetes "I would suggest you do. You can find it by entering the title in the search engine on your Spark Start page. It has lots of information and links that will be useful to you. Start small and build from there. Try for just ten minutes of exercise each day. Walking is great to start.
You can do this! This is a very encouraging team. They will cheer you on so keep posting.

This is my first day and week of this challenge. I've been away and ill for over a year now, but am back due to a new medical issue of Diabetes starting. My goals are to lower my glucose levels with better menu planning. I need to work myself up to increased exercise and fight my constant tiredness. Looking forward to better days ahead.
