go into: MY FITNESS

click ADD STEP & MILEAGE TRACKER

CHECK STEP AND OR MILEAGE and it adds the trackers to your fitness screen
so in a round about way you can track it :D Just don't lose track of the steps

good plan Susannebunn, I do a walmart workout form time to time *chuckles* sometimes I buy stuff, sometimes I just make laps around the store.

Working out doesn't have to be out running or in a gym we can do all sorts of creative stuff to get our work out in, Great job on being so creative its impressive :)

I am planning to get a cart at a really big store and walk up and down the aisles. I am not planning to buy anything.

Hello all. I am new to this so, please, any help would be greatly appriciated. I'm a 39 year old single parent. My daughter is 20 years old. I STILL have not lost the "baby fat" from having her. I've tried numorous diets and exercise programs and I just keep at this platue of 168-175. I WANT to be 125. I would love to be fit enough to learn how to Kayak and PaddleBoard. I love the outdoors but get overly hot really quick. I hope to make alot of friends and loss this extra bagged that I've had for 20 years.
