WELCOME TO RUN4U!
Hello my name is Josue Santos, Thanks for stopping by. My goal in creating this web site is to help others like myself make this “lifestyle change”, whether on a Diet Program or following one of your own. It can be done! and I will show you how. I hope my web site helps you to get the motivation you need to lose the weight you want while incorporating a healthier lifestyle to forever live by. The Idea is simple, just run or walk 2.0 miles a day with out stopping, nor cheating, and then simply keep track of all the calories you eat on a daily basis making sure not to over exceed 3500 calories. I will do this until I reach my goal of 260 pounds by 12/17/2017.
