You stick to this program...and I'm suggesting you take it to the streets, trail, or track...and I know you will find your strength and conditioning to do a 5K! It is essential that you also fuel clean! Your cross training/strength training focused on your core and legs will help as that's where your power is coming from. If you live in Northern Virginia, I know you can find great outdoor places to run. Stay strong, focused, embrace a healthy lifestyle and you will own this! I thought this would be great as I am just starting to incorporate running into my workouts.

I did a running challenge for the month of June 30 minutes a day and was able to complete it but wasn't satisifed with my ending results. I would like to be able to keep a steady pace and increase my distance. My distance was between 2.05 - 2.53 miles. (treadmill)
