I found running to be a key ingredient in my successful healthy lifestyle. Along with eating clean, and strength training, it was the formula for firing up my metabolism. I found it wasn't about speed but the intensity of the burn. This program taught me how to get on the run, enjoy a 5K distance, and motivated me to run a 5K event every month. Now, I do them all the time for training in longer events. I wish you all the best. Do not hesitate to holla if you have any questions. Embrace the run!

My name is Alecia and I am a 48 yr. old wannabe fitness guru. I workout on a regular basis, however, I am not obtaining the results that I desire. I would love to lose about 10 lbs. by my 49th birthday in Sept. I welcome any and all healthy support.
