I have always had a love of running, especially in high school. Now almost 16 years and one 3-year-old later I'm finally ready to get back to it. I realized early on that I need some structured help to get back in shape to run my first 5k in quite a while. I'm planning to start of 2013 with finishing the Tucson 5k Resolution Run on January 1st. This program is helping me get my run on!. Thanks Sparkpeople community for all your support and guidance.
