WOW! I did my 5k! yaaaay me! lol. I did 1 min walk 3 min jog! Im not to old! Im not to old!!! hahaha. im 52 yrs old. I didn't think I would be able to do it, but...it's really no difference in the end as my way of traditional workouts. Im used to the FIRM work out videos. Those are tough. The difference I guess is 1 min slower walk and then bumping it up a bit doing that 7 x's, but not using any weights. I sweat tremendously after just a 31 min work out! I love it!
