I think it is entirely up to you as to how you feel about it. I would only change my goals (which I have done a couple of times) and starting weight as it would make it more accurate. Otherwise, I wouldn't change anything. Best wishes on your choice and it sounds like you are really on the way this time.

I can't add too much to the wealth of wisdom already on this page. Just do what feels right, no regrets just onward and upward. Believe me can't count the number of times I have started over and over and ........

Keep everything you have worked hard for. Goals are something you will continuously be re-working, changing, renewing, new goals...etc. I would sit down with myself and see what I need to change in my attitude towards changing habits. There are variables that need to be looked at and see what you can change in order to meet goals.
Good luck to you in your renewed journey.

Welcome back!! I think I would start over with the streaks. (Wishing I had.) I had to work twice as hard to keep the weight loss trophies. I would keep what I could.

IMHO, new year, new goals, new you. No reason to take any garbage with you into a new fresh start. Give yourself a hug and forgive yourself for the past. Today is today (make the most of it), yesterday is gone to never return, and tomorrow has yet to come!

BEEBEE1978 - If that what you want to do, do it. Nothing like wiping the slate clean. Then it is a fresh start for you, not any old baggage for you to carry around.. Go slowly and remember the lessons you learned and don't make the same mistake.

Let the thoughts percolate for a while and you head and heart will tell you what you really want to do. What ever your decision about the "details" the important thing is what you are doing for yourself each day.

I started (?) in 2006, came back a year or so ago and didn't do anything either time. Then, l came back last October and have been serious ever since. There are times I wish I had "started over" in October, but the truth is that those false starts are part of the real picture. Some day I'm going to my StartPage and weave it all together as the whole that it is. :)

Just my thoughts ... you really need to do what suits you.

Wishing you success and commitment this time! (Or, maybe I should reverse the order of those two things!)

It's not will-power that matters; it's the will to change that matters.

Well I'd keep your points and posts, just wipe everything else, if that is what you want to do.

We all fail and fall down at times, it is ok, just pick yourself up and get right back on!

Hello my fellow team mates! I wanted to ask your opinion on something. I have been a member of Spark for some time and I have been off and on since joining. However, this is my year. It's just something that I feel. I've had a rough start to the year with my weight loss, but today is a great day for starting over. So what I want to know is do you think I should wipe the slate clean, weight, streaks, goals, etc. and treat this as though I'm just starting? I feel like technically I am, but I wanted to know what your thoughts and opinions were.

Thanks and much love to you all!
Beebee
