Suffering from depression myself, I would definitely check with your Dr. Depression can cause you to feel the way you do. Good luck.

What you describe, sounds very familiar to me. My mother often complained of similar feelings of tiredness. She was later diagnosed with mild depression. Please go to the Dr. and see if this is what it is. A mild depression does not always require medicine. Often just getting fresh air and sunlight, and talking to someone are enough. The earlier it is caught, the easier it is to treat. I hope that whatever is making you feel tired, can soon be discovered and dealt with.

two things I would suggest are:
1. see your Dr and make sure you do not have a medical issue causing you to feel tired all the time. If you get a clean bill of health and an ok from the Dr to exercise try step 2
2. If might be that you have so much toxic stuff in your body from not eating right that you need to flush your system. I am not suggesting any of those chemical detox programs i am talking real food here. Find an organic whole foods juice bar and drink 12-16 oz. of their Veggie juice the more green veggies it contains the better. it can have a little fruit but should be mostly green veggies.
If this does not help maybe you need to look into a really good multi-vitamin and mineral supplement. The test i use to determine if a vitamin is really getting into my system is after taking it for 2 weeks on the recommended schedule then i try 1 day without it. If i cannot tell a difference in the way I feel or my energy level then my body is probably not getting much value from it and so I try again with a different company.

I am finally at my boiling POINT! I'm ready to finally be healthy and fit but I have a huge road block that I need advice to overcome. I have the ambition to lose the extra weight and embrace a new healthy lifestyle but I have no energy ever. Every morning I have to pry myself out of bed after hitting the snooze button for at lleast 30 minutes. I drag all day and when I do have plenty of freetime to exercise I choose to sit on the couch. Not because that's what I wanna do I really want to get up and exercise I just cant. I never have energy and I'm mad that I don't. I only need to lose roughly 17pounds and I cant find motivation. any pointers would help especially from anybody that has struggled with the same problem. I'm hoping for a new outlook on life starting with here and now.
