Thank you. I have a plan once I get to my goal. I know it will not be easy, but everyday is a challenge. I feel I have been successful if I make it to the end of the day without diving into chocolate or some tasty treat that makes me feel good. I have been to my goal in the past and then got to comfortable with my daily living and found myself relaxing way to much and telling myself that just a little of this wont hurt me, I will work it off, but then never doing the activity that would burn the extra calories that I had eaten. I may be calling on you for encouragement. Than you to everyone for the support that you shout out to all of us working on goals. thank you for your words of encouragement when we slip up.
I am so glad I have Sparks family to help me on my journey of a change of life style.

emoticon to your challenge! This is a great place to start, so you can get I the groove of things. I've been through this already, and I'm doing it again. I'm not doing it as a challenge, though, as I've already received that trophy, so I'm just doing it. I've found out that I'm doing much more than what I was able to do the first time. Just keep working it, and you'll get there, too!

You just emoticon and it won't be long before you're at your goal weight. When you get there, you'll have another challenge, to face. I'm going to let you prepare yourself, so I'm going to let you know what your challenge is. It's harder to maintain your weight than it is to lose your weight. I still haven't found my happy medium, and I've been in maintenance 6 months. My body is just all over the place, but it's been explained to me, and I understand why it's all over the place. I just want it to settle down. If there is anything I can do for you, just HOLLER and I'll do the best I can to give you hand up!

Loved reading your progress. Thanks for sharing and so happy you are successful. Keep being determined - not easy on some days. You will reach your goal emoticon and then you can celebrate with those nice new expensive clothes.

Hi everybody; I hope everyone is having a great week and reaching your goals. emoticon
I am still using my hubby's computer so have not been able to workout with the video, however I have been staying on tract with my goals. emoticon
With a lot and I do mean a lot of Hard work, persistence, perseverance, and strict adherence to my plan for eating has paid off. I am now down to 150.5, and I now have 20.5 more pounds to go before I am at my goal weight. Then I am going to buy me an expensive pair of pants and some new tops, so I will be sure to maintain my goal weight emoticon

I must say I am easily distracted from my goals with chocolate, ice-cream, and fun coffees. I also have a really hard time saying no to mixed nuts and Lambrusco, or any food that is so tasty. I am not so persuaded by fast foods anymore.

Welcome Debbie - this is an emoticon challenge and will complement your jazzercise 3 times a week. Be careful though with your neck and know your limitations.

Hello, I'm Debbie. Today is the first day of the Challenge for me. I currently Jazzercise 3 times a week, but want to do some other exercises on my own time. One of my goals is to work out 5 times a week. I need to be cautious due to a compressed nerve in my neck, but I believe I will be able to accomplish this challenge and feel awesome doing it! Yeah Me! emoticon
