I NEED ADVICE I EXERCISE & USE SEVERAL MACHINES AT GYM. I TRY TO MAKE IT M-F 1-2 HOURS EACH TIME. BUT I HAVN'T BEEN ABLE TO REMEMBER THE 10 MIN. VIDEOS W/ EVERYTHING ELSE GOING ON. IF I'M DOING THIS MUCH AT THE GYM DO I HAVE TO INCLUDE A 10 MIN. VIDEO ALSO? P. S. I HAVE SEVERE COPD & I'M ON 3 INHALERS & HAVE RECENTLY QUIT SMOKING FOR GOOD!
