Hi. I just started this challenge. I needed to be accountable for exercise as I was skipping days and not really getting into it. I thought that if I joined this challenge it will 'kick start' me.

I will be officially starting my challenge tomorrow, just because it is Sunday. Easier to track. I will do some walking today, and some sit down exercises, great for those days when you have trouble getting started. I need encouragement. I know this team is leaderless, and I would take that position, but doing that would limit my time moving around. So why don't we all just become a leader for each other. I'll try it, and maybe some of you will follow.

Looks like the team is inactive and leaderless--but I'm joining the challenge anyway because it has helped me in the past. Completed a 30-minute video walk and a 9-minute arms workout with Coach Nicole today. And I decided to keep the momentum going with a challenge. I badly sprained an ankle in March--and then dropped out of exercising. In early July, I began walking outdoors again, but I never gotten back to the strength training videos I've used in the past on SparkPeople. Here I am!

Hello all!! Joined today for the second time around and like the first time around I could never be sure where to begin. Where do I fine the videos? Do I choose my my own library of videos or do the bootcamp videos, and where do I go to get them? I'm hoping to complete this challenge.

Tip to reduce weight: First turn your head to the right and then turn it to the left. Repeat this exercise every time you are offered something to eat.

Hi ! I am Irene and I live in Italy. I had been doing Weight Watchers for umpteen years, but have recently moved to counting calories and macros. I am 61, do Leslie Sansone's walk program for cardio and some strength.
Yesterday was my 100th day smoke free , Yayyyy me ! and I am in the process of getting rid of the 10 pounds I gained back.

My name is Adrienne. I have been on maintenance for a long time now and have a pretty good cardio routine but my strength training and some other healthy issues can use improvement. I'd like this challenge to help me improve my strength fitness issues. My main goal is to live long and healthy to see my grandsons through college. They are 10, 6 and 4 right now. Hi. I'm Emilie. I recently worked my way off of a plateau and have started losing weight again by doing two other challenges. I have been doing water aerobics regularly, but I know that weight training helped me to lose 40 lbs when I first joined Sparkpeople. I have started to use the weight machines in our fitness center again and I think that this challenge is just what I need to inspire me to reach my goal weight and improve my health.

Hi, Rachelle here. 2016 was a dreadful year and ended up regaining weight I had lost in 2015. I am back on track and returning to my journey to a healthy me! I have joined a couple of challenges and am hoping this will help create new exercise habits.
