Welcome!! I've found that if you make that 10 minutes fun enough, it generally flows into being 20-30 minutes instead :)

Hi Lauren. I've been doing SP for a couple of months, but I am starting the challenge today. I have been an all or nothing exerciser, so I am looking for consistency for myself. Good luck on your journey!

Hi Lauren,

Good for you and I think that you have got off to a good start by realizing that you are starting with something achievable! Slow and steady wins the race and if you don't set your goals too high you will be reaching goals that drive you on to the next one !

Goal 1: 150 pounds - reached July 19th 2012
Goal 2: 145 pounds - reached 9/15/12 - reach by 5/30/2014
Goal 3: Maintain at below goal - preferably around 142
Goal 4: Back to 1. by July 30th 2015
Goal 5: back to 2. by October 1st 2015

Hi my name is Lauren and I am starting Spark People today. I have decided to start slowly with my weight loss goal and have used SP in the past. I know that this challenge will work for me because 10 minutes of exercise a day is something that I can do. emoticon
