[Hi
I am joining to see if it will help me get back on track and stay focused if i have others to share with. I hope this will help me reach my goal. I do good for awhile and then I quit. I don't want to give up anymore. I need support. thanks for listening to me.

I did it!! I got my ten in already today... yesterday I did 100!!! I can't do that everyday but I got my 10 in by 10am and I am getting ready to go do another 10.
It really helps me to sneak in a few 10s during the day, its easy to fit doesn't leave me gasping for breath and dying and its getting easier every day!

Welcome to the team! It is a great team and motivator to get up and move at least 10 minutes. Then, before you know it, you've done 15 or more and you find you have more energy and that your brain is working again! (It's also great to be able to fall back on 10 minutes when you don't have time for longer, yet you still are succeeding and building a habit and momentum!

I didn't know this Team existed! Whoo Hoo! I'm so glad it does!

I joined Spark People a little over two weeks ago, looking for help with a higher than comfortable blood pressure problem. No. It's not High Blood Pressure - but if I don't do something now, it will be!

My life in the past five years has been pretty sedentary, and I have been experiencing the effects of the lack of motion: shortness of breath, inability to walk for long (or even short) distances, feeling groggy and fuzzy-brained, and just not having enough energy to get through the day.

I'm taking control back!! I had already decided to add an extra 10 minutes a day to any exercise I did, so I am hoping this Team Challenge won't be so difficult to do. My mindset? "Today is Day One - and so is tomorrow".
