Hi - I'm Laura - recovering from left knee surgery - just started the last 7 weeks to get active again. Learning to slowly run again. I had knee surgery right knee in 2009. I really enjoy running and want to get back to it. I realize I need to move slower and not rush it. I definitely do not want any injuries. It takes so, so long to recover from them. emoticon emoticon
