Welcome to SP. I'm a mom of two (11yrs and 6mo...little bit of a gap lol) and I also work fulltime with a hour commute 1 way M-F, so I know the struggle is real. Maybe we can brainstorm and help each other and hold each other accountable?

Hello! I am a mom of 3 under 6 and I work full time. I find I have zero motivation and what feels like zero time to get in any workout. I am hoping to learn some great meal planning/prepping that can help us eat healthier, as with our busy schedules (working, hockey, skating, swimming...) we are eating out way too often. Plus, any suggestions on how to become better at getting a workout in during the day are appreciated. Since I have to take kids to/from school/daycare everyday on top of working, I find I can't take lunch off to exercise. I am terrible at getting up in the morning, likely because I tend to be up until 11 pm every night. I am at a loss!
