You can do it ! Just some thoughts :

Don't try to learn and do everything at once!

The nutrition tracker is very very helpful, take all the time you need to use it. It will help you see what you eat and help you to eat not only less but to eat the nurtients you need. It was my best friend!

Build yourself up on exercise, even little bits count a lot.

If you "fall off the wagon", simply get back on. Don't guilt yourself, this is a positive journey! Look it like the majority of the days rather than focusing on little discouragements or setbacks. If you are successful the majority of your days in a week or month you will be successful overall!

Water is a wonderful weapon when you are presented with a non healthy dinner out or a social event. You can drink 8 or 16 ounces and feel full, then eat smaller amounts than you might eat otherwise.

Remember.. someone here at SP will always have your back (and have advice, and have big "whoo hoos" for your successes and have stories to share) !

I'm a stay at home mom, with 2 beautiful children (ages 6 and 3) to take care of and my father living with us (bad health). It is time for me to do something for myself, but I can't do it alone. My husband is very supportive of me the way I am but also supportive of me wanting to improve myself. I am blessed with a wonderful family and the stay at home oppurtunity, especially with my step father needing constant attention. I need to lose this weight to feel like I'm capable of making that journey, and doing something that I set my mind to. My husband is fit and may only have a few pounds to lose, so I'm taking this journey solo, but can't do it by myself. I turn 30 in April, and just want to feel GREAT!!!

Goals:
290lbs byApril 9
275.5lbs by May 30
261.5lbs by July 15 (Texas Vacation)
