Hi! I'm 61 yo and plan to work to lose ~ 40 lbs. Last year was a year of great highs and lows. I am married to a wonderful man, work full-time and have had additional family responsibilities(my Dad) added to my plate, so my Spark routines and time for myself have gone by the wayside and I really feel it.
I am truly looking forward to being involved with this team. Thanks. emoticon

I want to lose anywhere from 13 to 15lbs. I know from past experience that, when I get back into my weight training, I may have to adjust those goals as the scale may not move as the inches come off. There is nothing like a lose pair of, formerly tight, jeans to inspire you.

I am 51 years old and need to loss about 25 pounds. I was in a fitness class for the fall semester but now that it is over I need to get back in the groove. Looks like the Bootcamp is just what I need.
