Good morning, I wanted to take the time to say hi to all my old & hopefully new team members. I joined SP in 2012 and took a some years off from SP and did my own thing during that time I lost 40lbs but gained back 30 lbs due to an illness the medication combo given to me made me gain weight badly.

I'm now back and ready to conquer the day and my weight loss journey have a great Monday!
