5'1.5" - I shrunk from 5'4"
Residents of Arizona (as of Sept. 2017)
Personal goal is to weigh in 159 by the end of May 2019. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THE GOAL OF REACHING 151 IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2019 to be back to below 155.

Hi there! I am Sam. I just purchased a fitbit on Thursday and think that I might have it integrated in SparkPeople now.

I bought it to help me get a more accurate picture of my movement and sleep since I am struggling with injury right now. Things are not always as simple as they seem. Heel pain can in fact be coming from your spine.

My hope is to adjust my eating and exercise to compensate for having to slow down. I find tracking helps me get and stay on track.
