Ugh on the Prednisone! Hope it doesn't do too much side effects wise on you. Prednisone put 25 lbs on me in less then two months and that was yrs ago. Just having the hardest time getting it off.

Height: 5'2

I keep pressing Escape but I'm still here

Hi Chevy, I'm so sorry you're having a flare. I too hate prednisone, it makes me swell, and that makes my arthritis worse! It's a viscious circle. I"m on Inuram so I can't comment on the Humira. Good luck on your journey! And welcome to the team!

Hi all, I'm new to team IBD and I have Crohns disease. I hope that being able to chat with others about this illness will alleviate the depression and isolation I am feeling.

I am currently having a flare so I'm on the God forsaken PREDNISONE again. I experience so many side effects from this drug I often wonder if dying would be less painful,Just kidding but...

I also take 6mp, Asacol and twice monthly Humira injections. I would love to know if anyone else is using Humira and if so have you seen a difference?

See you on the boards.
