Losing my Dad was one of the reasons I am here in the first place. I don't plan to let my kids suffer something I wouldn't have had to if my Dad would have taken care of himself. Welcome to Sparks and good luck!

Happy Valentines Day. Welcome Back. I cook for two and most of my recipes serve four or more, so I like to freeze the leftovers and then I have a quick lunch or dinner waiting when I don;t have time to cook. And we still get healthy home-cooked meals.

Happy Valentines Day! Start slow aim for ten minutes of activity every day and change it up. Ride a bike, walk around the block do push ups, bicep curls, tricep dips, etc.
As far as cooking for one which can be VERY difficult I like to spend time on the weekend to cook a pot of chili or grilled chicken breasts and make a nice vegetable salad. That way I have things that I can reheat quickly and still have time to get to the gym after work!
Good luck I hope this helps.

Happy Valentines Day everyone.
I signed on to spark quite a while ago but then I lost my dad and my uncle, went through a divorce after 30 years and I wasnt' feeling very motivated. Now I need help. How do I even start. I had a knee injury last may and that is going to be an issue. Somedays I just cant work out . Need motivation. I'm finding it's hard to cook for one. any suggestions.
