You don't have far to go!

You can do this... remember what you did before... and get back to it! Even starting at 15 minutes a time! You CAN do this!

Taking steps to organize an overwhelming mess in my home and my life one babystep at a time!

Hello everyone!

I used to work out almost everyday and I did yoga and watched what I ate and how much water I drank, etc. But lately...I haven't been working out or doing anything really. I recently graduated high school (that was back at the end of May) and it all started about a month or so before that just because I had a lot going on. I can't remember the last time I worked out. It's been....a while. I've noticed (along with "helpful" hints from my grandmother emoticon ) that I've started to gain weight back. I originally lost around 45lbs, but I think about 15-20 of it has come back. It hasn't gotten to the point to where I need new clothes or anything, but it's starting to worry me....

I do have two part jobs and I'm in college full time, so I'm forgetting what free time is. One of my jobs is at a hospital (night shift) and there's a pantry down the hall. What does this pantry have, you ask? Ice cream...soda...pudding....everything I don't need. My other job rarely has food laying around, so I'm not that worried about it. I try and take healthy snacks with me; an apple, some crackers, "trail mix" (like what Cheez-It's makes) to help me not snack as much, Some days it works, other days...not so much. I've been drinking lots more water and I will admit it's not always as much as it should be, but I'm getting there. I've also slowly started to do yoga again, but it's been a slow process of getting back into it. The only thing I'm struggling with, is working out. I don't seem to have any motivation or determination to start up again.

When I used to work out, I did a little bit of everything (this is all at home); weights, core exercises, cardio, yoga workouts, almost everything I found that seemed interesting and kept me moving. I've gotten on the websites I used to get on to try and find one that I could do, but I just...don't seem motivated anymore.

I guess, basically, what I'm looking for is a group to help me get that motivation and determination back into me
