I'm back with a new user name so want to reintroduce myself.
I'm working with hubby to drop 60 lbs. each by Sept. of this year. We started this Sept. 2014 after Bob had his 2nd trip to the hospital with congestive heart failure. Since then I'm down 24 lbs. as of today and Bob is down 31 lbs. We're both trying to cut our sodium as much as we can (2000 grams or less) and working to keep our calories between 1200-1500 per day.
Bob isn't much for veggies but I prefer them to most meats so I'm trying to get in a lot more veggies than I have in the past. I'll be restocking my veggies tomorrow in fact when we do our mid month grocery shopping.
