I know exactly what you're feeling because I am the queen of excuses when it comes to weight loss. I can find any reason to get off track, happy, sad, bored, stressed, etc. I've really been trying to focus on not giving in to those feelings and I have had many conversations with myself in front of the fridge or in front of the pantry trying to talk myself out of giving in to temptation.

The conversations and being real with myself has helped on many occasions. Also, finding something else to do to keep me busy has helped. I actually just started taking a knitting class so I can keep my hands and mind busy in the evening during the winter months when I'm not as active. We'll see how it goes.

I start out Fighing a Good Fight then in the mist of my fight something happens...rather my EXCUSE is the kids, job MY HUSBAND (GOOD EXCUSE), my train was late to - IT'S JUST NOT MY FAULT!!!

Sometime I feel like...GIVE ME A REASON TO NOT STAY FOCUS.

ANYBODY ELSE FEELS THAT WAY? IF SO WHAT IS YOUR REASON? AND BETTER YET WHAT GETS YOU BACK ON TRACK?!!

THANKS emoticon
