Not sure you can do it?!?! That's negative thinking!!! YOU WILL DO IT! How's that? Hehe.

As for the gym membership thing, have you looked into your local rec. center? They usually have a gym and they're much cheaper than regular gyms.

Consistancy, consistancy, consistancy! That's my new motto.

I am 30 years old and a mother of three rambunctious boys who keep me busy. They are all having birthdays in the August/September. Currently they are 9, 3, and 1. I work part time as a CNA on an oncology floor at the hospital where I live. The job is stressful and emotional, but very rewarding. My oldest son has baseball this summer and it has been taking up at least three nights of my week. I am riding in a 10 mile bike ride at the end of June, so I have been trying to train for that. However, my work schedule just switched back from first shift to second shift, so getting up in the mornings has now become very hard. I would not get very much sleep or it will be a very long day for me.

My problems are simple, I eat poorly and I do not exercise enough. I find any excuse in the book not to do it. Would love to join the gym again so I can just go and take the kids to the day care there, but not sure that we can afford it right now. I need to lost 20 lbs, and I am sure I can do it.

Sorry, for the long winded story! Looking forward to getting to know all of you and meeting my goals along side all of you!
