Hi Stacey, welcome to the team! Tracking your food is a great place to begin, you can also measure your portions to make sure that you are actually eating a portion. That was quite a wake up call for me, I was eating way more than 1 portion!!!

Hi, my name is Stacey. Am now 57, tho going backwards for a few years starting now. I love SP, tho I have not been successful in weight loss. Absolutely over 50 & need to lose MORE than 50!! I do the tracking, mostly nutritional for education. Hopefully I will now start to make it help me!! Hello everyone, and look forward to getting to know you through SP.
