Hi, Delsie here. I have been doing well with tracking my calories and getting to the gym, and rediscovered my love for dance! I'm beginning to feel better in my body -- I think I am ready for this challenge. I have not felt comfortable in a swimsuit in a long time.

I think a change of pace, such as this challenge will be good for me.

Hi everyone. I signed up for Sparkpeople last fall after a summer of paying for weightwatchers. I haven't really done anything with it until yesterday, so it's time to start! I saw this challenge and thought it would be a great way to get me on track to feeling fit again (#'s don't matter as much to me as long as I feel strong). emoticon

Hi! I'm Quiana and I'm 28. I've been a member of spark since 2007. I did really well with losing weight when I first started with spark but have since taken a wrong turn on my weightloss journey. I am now trying to get back on the right path.

I received an email "What you might have missed in April", that had information about this challenge. Since I'm trying to get back into being active I think this challenge will be a perfect way for me to be accoutable and it will help me get moving!!

Hi I'm Katie. I'm very excited about this bootcamp. I did the last one and it pushed me to get moving. I have lost over 10 pounds since then. I was actually getting a bit frustrated with myself lately for slacking off a bit on exercise. Now I know I'll get that same push again. Can't wait for summer!

Hi - I'm Alison. I have been using SparkPeople for support and encouragement as I have gone through issues related to breast cancer - most recently surgery and radiation. The medicine I takes tends to make it more difficult to keep off the pounds so my weight has been going the wrong direction! The timing of this challenge is perfect. I feel good, the weather is getting nicer and it's time for me to focus on getting back into shape. Am going to do the first workout now. : )

i'm just joined the team. It will help me to do some cardio ,although i walk a lot during the week(about 18 -21 miles), it's for my job, so it's not the same.
I have troubles to stick to a fitness plan, so being part of that team where everyone does the same is very motivating.

Hi,
I'm excited to start bootcamp. My goal is to get back into the kind of shape I was in before I became a mom. And to weigh 143 by the end of this month and 135 by the end of the summer. My biggest challenge is making the time to workout regularly. Today I am leaving early and spending all day at a close friend's memorial service. I doubt I will feel much like working out when I return. I intend to do it anyway. Good luck everyone!

I was so excited about starting this I was up at 1:30 am doing the first video. Man I wish I would have seen these videos before this... I actually worked up a good sweat and it only took 10 minutes! I may do this video again later today. I have to go out of town for business the end of this month so I am determine to follow through with this bootcamp.

hey everyone!

I'm really excited about this bootcamp! I've been trying to follow a much healthier lifestyle for the past month and a half and it was working well until 3 days ago (lots of sudden stress and I was immediately in comfort food mode emoticon ) I think this bootcamp could be a great motivator to keep up the hard work! Though is anyone else hesitant about abandoning their current fitness regime (mine includes a lot of cardio at the gym) to do the exercises? I suppose I could do both, but with my schedule, the gym is quite an achievement. How are you guys planning on incorporating it?

I graduated from Central City High School, Central City Nebraska. Although I live in Kentucky now. I haven't seen most of my high school classmates since the 20th reunion - 10 years and the second kid ago. Although I have been catching up with a number of them on Facebook.
