Hello team I have been running for a few months, I love to run..I ran my first 5k back on Thanksgiving, and I am working up to my first half marathon.

I'm an avid runner who is recovering from a post-marathon injury. I'm running a half-marathon in May but worried about re-injuring so I'm taking the training easy while I do a lot of cross-training. My runs seem piddly right now compared to what I'm used to, but it's great to be pounding the trails any way I can do it!!

I have been running on and off since March 2010. I have done the c25k programme twice now lol. I'm on my 3rd time lucky!
I'm currently on week 5 of the programme, and I'm loving it!

I have signed myself up for a 5k in May & a 10k in July. I will also be signing up for more 5k's throughout the course of the year, maybe some 10ks too.
