Welcome to SP! There is so much support here and it's amazing how many teams there are for you to join. Type in something you like to do and there is probably a team for it! I just joined a Bowflex team - I had no idea there was one and it's fun to see what other Bowflex owners are doing, etc. HAVE FUN!!

Hi Im Christi and I joined Sparkpeople yesterday. I have had a few things go on in my life over the past 10 years that I always thought gave me permission to not pay attention to my eating habbits. 100 lbs later I know I need help. This seems to be the place to make some new friends AND get the help I need!! Thanks to you all :-*
