Figuring it out is a step. It is recommended to eat 5-6 small meals a day to help boost metabolism. I would incorporate the healthy snacks :-)

I normally eat two or three meals depending how work is going. sometimes we get busy and I skip that meal. I try not to snack, but im weak if I see something I like ill pick it up. Now that im inputting everything into here I can kind of see where its coming from.

Hi Floyd. I would say maybe your diet. Over eating or not eating enough can throw your metabolism off. How many meals are you eating a day?

Thank You for the suggestion, luckily with this site I can enter my food for the day and see if that has a big part

Maybe diet? That's always been my struggle. If I don't eat properly then I definitely can't keep my weight under control.

Hey every one I'm Floyd. I'm 34 and very active but just cant loose the weight. I play foot ball and do jui jitzu, and I have 4 kids that keep me very busy. I don't know where the issue is and im re joining after what feels like forever to find this out
