I joined this group thanks to you.I love brown rice and eat it several times a week.And any meal plan that lets you eat potatoes and bread is a plus for me. emoticon

Hello Starchivores,
I've been an on again off again McDougaller for years. As you might expect I do well when I stick to the program and do poorly when I fall off the wagon. I've been back on plan since May and I'm down over 80lbs in the past 6 months. I'm going to stick with it this time all the way to my goal weight.
