Welcome to the team. I also have quite a problem with noise distraction. There was a time that I could read and have the television on at the same time - when I was younger. However, now any noise will not allow me to focus. I do not take any medication for ADD at this time. I took Strattera for a year or so but it normally made me sleepy and I stopped.

Hello sparkers, I was diagnosed with ADD a few years ago as an adult. Noise seems to be one of my biggest distractions, especially when I'm trying to read something. I will notice the chipmunks outside chirping, and can't focus. I'm trying to be more self aware and maybe get off medication.
