Hi everybody! I have made a new committment to myself to walk on the treadmill or outside at least 3 times a week from now on. If I do Zumba, I will allow that to replace the walking since that is cardio, too. My treadmill mostly sat lonely in the basement for almost a year and now I've rearranged the room into a workout room and enjoy using it. I try to set a new record each time I use it - miles, minutes, whatever. I look forward to seeing how other people set challenges and make them happen.
