Hello everyone. I am new to this team. I joined Spark a couple of years ago and it helped me to lose weight until I stopped coming! I gained my weight back and have not been able to lose it even though I'm trying! I joined 24 hour fitness a few weeks ago but I'm pretty new to the gym scene. My initial goal is 10 lbs but overall I need to lose 40-50 to be in a healthy weight range. I know it will help to be a part of a community again and hoping it will lead to some success!
