Thanks lil vixen I plan to do as u suggested. Right now I am immobile, I broke my ankle so until I am able to move around more I will watch my diet and incorporate walking when I recover from injury. Thanks n hav a great day!

Hi JLewis

Welcome to the team. You could start by tweeking your diet and disgarding anything that has loads of calories and fat content. Stick with the diet plan that SP created for you or choose your own foods, but track everthing you eat using the nutrition tracker. That way you will know exactly how many calories you are eating per day. Drink plenty of water and get in some exercise. Walking is a good form of cardio exercise. If you can do this outside, so much better for you.
