thanks everyone...today was so busy, when I typed that thois morning, it was around 6:00, well here it is almost 9:30 and I just got home about 45 minutes ago, it was a long day, I ended up with an extra bus trip for the afternoon...I was kinda worried that I would just eat the junk that the school tries to sell, but just ended up buying a water and bringing a banana with me...I feel good I made good food choices today...and look forward to the results it will bring.

ok, I am pooped now...it was a long day and I need to get up at 5:00 again tomorrow...good night!

I am responsible for everything I put in my mouth. Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

Hi Kirstin! I am also a mother with young kids (5 of them ranging from 2-11 yrs) and I am trying to lose 100 lbs as well. I can't imagine how different my life would be if I wasn't carrying around that extra weight. I have lost 2 lbs so far. This last week was my first week back on SP. I am inspired by your plans to keep active on the weekend with your family. I need to be doing that with mine as well.

Welcome! Keep those goals small... one step at a time and before you know it you will be at your weight goal! I have one baby boy.. so I can't imagine how busy your life is with three! They are even more reason for you to ge healthy! Glad you joined up with us. You will do great!

Welcome, Kirstin. You really have your hands full...I have three boys myself. I like your approach of setting small goals. It really does wonders for the mental aspect to see those small goals reached. I'm sure you will be very successful on your journey, but when you do get frustrated, remember we're here to help.

Welcome to the team Kirstin. Congratulations on losing the 3 pounds.

I know it is difficult to find time to exercise. I've been breaking up into sections - every little bit helps!

Hi everyone, my name is Kirstin, a mom to 4 wonderful boys, and a wife to a very handsome guy that I want to look hot for!!!

I started on this site before, but kinda fell off the wagon, but have decided that it is going to be the best plan for me. And believe me I tried lots of them. I don't really need to diet, I need to learn how to eat the right foods and the right quantities.

Anyway, I really have about 100 pounds or so to lose but am setting small goals for myself as that doesn't seem such a huge mountain to climb.

My schedule is very busy, in fact I shouldn't even be here right now, but decided to take a few minutes for me anyway.
I drive school bus for one of the local districts around here, I also work in the middle of the day at the school as a lunchroom/recess monitor, and sometime during those 6 hours, I drive the senior citizen bus as well...so I am sitting quite a bit of my day.
I do have a membership at the gym that I use a minimum of 3 nights a week, and we are active as a family on the weekend. So I am hoping this will be enough exercise for me...so far so good, I have lost a little more than 3 pounds and am feeling good and motivated at this point.

well, have a great day, those kids need to get to school, so I should get a move on!
