Welcome to the team! I'm sorry I didn't respond earlier. I just noticed this post.

If I have a craving, I either ignore it (hard to do at times), drink a glass of water or I will feed my craving. If I do the third I don't do a whole portion though. Say with a candy bar I might to a fun or snack size. If I don't have one that size and buy one off a student, I'll cut a bit off and let someone have the rest. IMO, and I know some will disagree, sometimes a bite or two is all that is needed to feed the craving.

Good morning, SparkTeam! I'm Audrie and I'm new here =). A little about me - I'm a recent college graduate in her late 20's from Tulsa, OK who is trying to improve my overall health before my 30's get away from me.

My short-term fitness goals are to get 30 minutes of cardio every day and to stay within my calorie limits (1200 -1250 as outline by my physician).

Meeting my exercise goals is going pretty well so far, but I've been having a harder time this last week and a half staying under the 1250 calorie mark. Some things I know I can do to stay more in control of my eating is to plan my meals at least a day in advanced and pack a lunch and snacks for work, but what are some things you find helpful for when you have a sudden craving for junk food?

I appreciate your input and look forward to getting to know the community better!

Cheers!
