It's tough to say "This program or that program will work for you" because everyone is different. I can say, however, that I think Spark is a really great way to lose weight and keep it off. Spark helps you learn the things you need to live a healthy lifestyle. When you learn about nutrition and exercise and how to apply those to your everyday life, you can lose weight the right way, instead of a lot of the "diets" out there where you can lose weight by doing a specific thing (e.g. don't eat this, make sure you eat that, exercise X amount everyday, etc).

If you do decide to give Spark a try, use the tools it gives you. The Nutrition and Fitness Trackers are 2 big ones. Put in your starting weight and how much you plan to exercise, and you'll get your daily nutritional limits and requirements. Keep track of everything you eat and how much you exercise, stick to those limits and requirements, and (while nothing is 100% guaranteed), you should lose the weight you want to and learn about how nutrition and exercise play into your lifestyle in a way that will allow you to be more healthy and keep that weight off.

Well I am back and added a couple of pounds. I need a program that I can latch onto. I am giving Sparks another look, but am not sure if this is exactly what I am looking for.
Any one out there know how I can get this journey in gear....Please help?
