Welcome! Yes, it takes awhile for the 'changes' to be felt. But that's good you're already noticing. I am positive I had Hash long before it was diagnosed, as well, so expect it to take awhile for the body to heal.

And with the change of seasons, you may also notice changes requiring dose changes, but . . . that's just food for thought.

I was diagnosed with hashimotos about a year ago, though Iím sure Iíve had it much longer. I have a multitude of symptoms but was always considered sub clinical and never prescribed anything, until last week. I have been on levothyroxine for a week now and have not noticed any changes except one. My feet arenít ice cubes every afternoon and evening and I donít wear socks to bed anymore. Iím hoping that means my metabolism is heating up and maybe weight loss will finally come with the dieting Iím constantly doing! Lol. Hereís to hoping!
