I am late but welcome Leeni. emoticon I agree that it is such a supportive group and that it takes more than once to absorb Spangle's great advice in the 100DWL. Nothing has helped me like this book. It is all about awareness, making small changes and practice, practice.... I will be be popping in again this June.

Welcome, Leeni. As someone who's actually had a fair amount of success, I can tell you it takes a lot longer than 100 days to get good at this, so every day you put good effort in will add to the "bank."

Hello Fisker....good to have you here. emoticon
When I got the "100 Days book" I began on my own because I was so anxious to do it. I think I was on lesson#38 when the group began on January 1st so I joined in and am so glad I did.
I will join in again in June because like others I find the days go ny so fast and it takes more than one time to make them daily practices.
My advice is get that "magic notebook" (mine is actually in notes on my I-Pad).

Welcome! I am new here too.

I have all 3 of her books. I am going to use the "scale book" with the group. Read "Life is Hard" on my own, and try to wait till June to read "100 Days" with the group.

So happy to have such a supportive group!

Welcome Leenie, Phyllis has described it really well, but reading the 100 days book is always a good idea any time but if you start in June with us it will make more sense.

I am progressing through the book for the second time I think and keep learning more each time.

I don't have the Friends with the scale book that is starting Monday but Gill says its not vital to have it, plan to try it though.

We are starting "Friends with the Scale" on Monday, April 11 as a group.
Tomorrow we are finishing up "100 Days" and will re-do it in June as a group but you can find links to each day and do it your way.

Hello, I am new to this group. I just bought 100 days of weight loss last night on my Kindle. Today I will begin with day one, unless I should start with the pages you are all reading? Any help would be appreciated. I will pick up the Friends with the scale book as well.
