Hi Lynn, the paper journal is optional - a lot of people enjoy using one, and benefit from it.

The daily thread will always be at the top of the Lessons Forum - I make it a 'sticky' every morning - so it's easy to find.

The Reports Forum is a place where you can set up your own kind of 'journal' if you'd like to.

Posting updates on your blog, or in the Forum, or on the threads - is up to you. Posting on the thread is nice if you can manage it, as it's seen by more people who are working through the same material.

I joined this team a while back, started the book then put it down because I didn't have a journal. I would like to start again when you begin the new start on October 10th. I'm setting a 6 month goal for myself and I would really like to see myself accomplishing this goal.

Hello! Welcome to the 100 Days of Weight Loss with Linda Spangle team!

As you will see, this team has been round for quite a while, and there are lots and lots of threads! We are not able to delete old threads - so they just have to stay there (although they make for some interesting reading if you have the time!)

This is to let you know about the currently active forums and threads on this team.

There are four books by Linda Spangle that are being used by members of the team: The first one is, of course, 100 Days of Weight Loss.

This one petered out, as it turned out to be difficult to adapt it for a daily activity sort of book. It's a great book to read, which expand on the topics in 100 DWL.

The fourth, most recent book, is 100 MORE Days of Weight Loss.

At the top of the Lessons Forum you will find a 'sticky' thread with links for the three books we are using.

Here you will find that the 100 Days of Weight Loss and 100 MORE Days of Weight Loss are paired up - so that Day 1 of each book is side-by-side:-
The first link is 100 DWL, the second link is 100 MDWL - both Day 1.

You'll find they compliment each other very well.
