Yeah, I thought I was going to do it for sure, but I had some issues at work, and that caused an attitude change in me. Since then I lost my job at the hospital (in Jan '13), and have been fighting to get my unemployment, along with getting licensed to sell insurance. That job lasted for about 5 months before it drove me right into a deep dark debt! Now I have a job again and the people I work with are really nice. So, I have come to terms with the job loss, and I feel I am ready to try again. In order to keep going I need to remember that I am doing this for me, and no one else I need to quit worrying about what others think of me. Really, it is all in my head!

I remember some of the lessons, such as eat only until you feel satisfied. Stop when you take your "break" during dinner, and pack up half of your meal when you go out to eat before you even dig in. The book is great, and I really plan to finish it this time!

Wow, you did nearly 50 days of the 100! I'd be interested to hear what you learned from doing those 47days... Only answer if you feel like it, but I was wondering: What lessons or insights or actions stand out for you? And what do you need to continue until you've done the 100 days this time?

I'm Linda, and I live in a small town in the lower peninsula of Michigan. Some people think Beaverton is "up north", but it really is about halfway up the mitt! We live in the country where it is quiet and peaceful most of the time. I like to take walks around here, but I'm working on getting back in shape.

I have this book on my Kindle. I bought it quite awhile ago, and attempted to work the plan in March of 2012. I used my blog as my magic notebook, and I plan to do that this time too. I know the book says if you go off the path for awhile to just pick up where you left off, but I left the path for about a year and a half, so I'm starting over. You can find my entries by going to my spark page and checking out my blog. I appreciate any feed back you might have to offer.

I'm very glad Christasp started this group. I have been wanting to do this for some time now!

Have a great 3months everyone!
