watching portions might help along with the exercise....
I know it can be done as I have lost over 200 pounds and have kept it off almost 3 years now

My name is Junetta and I have been over weight most of my life. Only once in my life have I been at goal. My goal is to lose 100 pounds just to be a normal size. I am working out on the WII Fit Plus everyday for the past month but haven't lost a pound. So I'm going at it in a different way. This time it TRACK TRACK TRACK. I can do it I know I can.
