Hi, just got the book 100 days of weight loss and am starting Day one tomorrow so just putting down my 10 reasons for wanting to lose weight

1. To reduce my BP and the meds I am on

2. To go from being pre-diabetic to not!

3.To have less knee and leg pain

4. To feel healthier

5.To live a longer and better life

6. To stop waiting for life to begin

7. To see my grandaughter grow up and maybe have children of her own.

8. To be mobile when I get to old age.

9. To fit into real clothes

10. To not have to look around to check that I am still the fattest in the room

I weigh myself each morning, I find that keeps me in check best, but I only put the weight in the tracker once a week on Fridays

I hope to find why I self sabotage myself and just lose a few lbs and then regain it and maybe more
