Jodenmarie, YES, having the junk out of the house helps! I sure have a hard time if there's much of it. It's good for us to be aware that we might sabotage ourselves by having the junk food there. So glad that exercise is adding happiness to your life! Go Joden go!!

As for me exercise really helps with my mental attitude as well as feeling and looking better. I am trying to be more aware of my choices. It's slow going , but over time it will happen!

Healthy food. Sure, I can buy it, but if I've got more of the not so healthy stuff in the house, disaster! Healthy food is what is in my house now. When I pass by all the goodies to eat when I'm shopping, I tell myself to walk on by. IT'S WORKING!
Exercise is adding happiness to my life. I just turn on my music and start. Just move to the beat. It doesn't matter if I'm doing jumping jacks, toe touchers, crunches, jogging in place, doing leg lifts or reaching for the stars. I am moving. I'm easing my tight joints. As my Grand-daughter puts it, "Go, Gamama, Go!"
