I'm not new to working out, dieting, trying to be healthy, or any of that, but I am new to doing it on an organized forum and with a good tracking system.

I injured myself after being extremely active and eatting healthy out of desire, not need and have slowly gained weight over the past 10 years. The injury no longer prevents me from working out, I just need to stay motivated.

My dad is in exceptional shape for being over 60 and I want to be like that as well and stay active all my life. I want to get to where I should be in the next year and maintain that on the way to 40. I turn 31 in May so this is a much a long term sustainment as a weightloss goal for me. I only have 10-15 pounds I want to lose (lost 10 in the last 2 months to lower that number), but I have 20-30 pounds of fat I want to lose and gain some muscle and definition as well as just living a more active and healthy lifestyle.
