Hi there,

I'm Enk and while still in my early 30s (33), I do not want to enter my 40s as unhealthy as I was last year. My highest measured (I'm sure I was heavier when I avoided the scale) was 298lbs just after Christmas last year. Now I am at 245lbs and going strong. I've been diagnosed with degenerative spine disorder and osteoarthritis in my hip at the beginning of this year and that was the moment when I realized I needed to get my act together. I have recurring knee problems from an injury I had as a kid, so exercise is limited to low impact only, so diet takes priority. I've made it this far and I want to lose at least another 50-60lbs (65-70 would be ideal). I'm stoked to have a fabulous new me
