Hello All! I'm a 37 year old mom of 4 who has let my weight continue to creep up and up. Weight has always been an issue for me but I've successfully lost and maintained for long periods. I exercise a lot, and I know how to eat healthily, but I always seem to defeat myself when it comes to losing weight. I'll stick to 1200-1500 calories for three weeks and run and lift weights 4-5 days a week, find I haven't lost a pound, and I just give up and binge. It's becoming a depressing cycle that I need to stop.

I'm hoping this group can offer some support, but also some accountability! I'm 50 lbs overweight and don't want to hit forty years old feeling so uncomfortable with my own body. I look forward to making some real change :)
